Armed with a brief from Joe Adsett Architects & Frank Developments, requesting functional, practical & quality light fixtures, Project 20 supplied the appropriate & suitable luminaires to fulfill this brief.

Attention was afforded particularly to highlighting the exceptional architectural elements of the design, with the lighting supplied either cleverly concealed or installed in such a manner to minimise ‘line-of-sight’ impact.

With the latest Control4 Home Automation & Smart Home Control system integrated throughout the home by Electronic Living, the appropriate compatible light fixtures & control gear were required to complete the fit-out.

A Paddington modern masterpiece which we’re sure will be spoken about in ‘glowing’ terms for years to come!
