We are so thrilled to receive the news that our Welsby Street New Farm project took out 4 awards recently at the Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards. Hampton Homes Australia were recognised in multiple categories for this project: The prestigious ‘House of the Year’ award, as well as ‘Best Home Renovation/Remodelling Project over $3 million’, ‘Best Residential Bathroom’ & ‘Best Residential Kitchen’.
Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards recognise members at the forefront of building innovation and quality craftsmanship, promoting and showcasing excellence in Queensland’s housing and construction industry. A huge congratulations to Hampton Homes Australia and everyone who played their role in bringing this luxurious project to life!

This contemporary mid-century modern home enjoys expansive river views and a side boundary overlooking heritage listed fig trees. The interiors take advantage of the unique views, maximising living spaces, including natural palette colours, extensive use of solid timber flooring and joinery – The judges were impressed with the curved steel and glass staircase, which was welded onsite with a seamless finish, commenting “This design and concept have an element of timelessness. Overwhelming appreciation for the detail and architectural innovation.”
Infinity Rain by Le Meduse
Project20 were engaged to work alongside Claus, David & Tommy to design the lighting concept & specify the appropriate light fixtures throughout the entire property – the masterpiece being a unique, custom-built 5m long Murano glass chandelier ‘Infinity Rain’, appearing like a slow-motion waterfall & the only one of its kind in Australia – designed & hand-made in Italy & adorning the void in the Main Living area – some of our global & national suppliers involved in the project included:
